Name Badge
At the time of registration, participants will receive a name badge that must be presented visibly throughout the duration of the Symposium.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

   On-Line Registration
Participants must complete the online registration system (see below, at the bottom of this page) to start the process. We kindly ask you to give the full and correct information in the required fields. This information will be used for all communications, badge printing, invoice etc.


Category Notes
To be eligible for the discounted rate for Developing Countries, the participant must reside in one of the Least Developed Countries as listed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC) – see here for a listing of eligible countries (those in the first column only). Participants must provide their passports before picking up the name badge.


Students must provide “proof of student” (transcript, the copy of a current student identification card, or letter signed by the head of the department) before picking up the name badge.


The “Accompanying Persons” category is for spouses, friends, and significant others who are NOT professionals in the field of beekeeping/apitherapy and are joining a full paid congress registrant.


Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail, after the events, as PDF documents.


Payment
Credit cards are not accepted.
Bank transfer payment is available, all bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
The receipt can be obtained after the payment to the here below bank account is confirmed by the Registration Team

Registration Confirmation 
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the participant upon completion of registration payment. 


Cancellation of Registration / Refund

Until 01 September 2018, 17:00 CET: %25 Administration Charge
 After 01 September 2018, 17:00 CET: No Refund

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Team by e-mail. The refunds will be made after the symposium.  Should a delegate not attend the symposium, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.


Name Changes
Name changes only in exceptional cases, at a cost of 25.-Euro. Written permission from the original participant will be required in order to process an individual name change.
A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed.
Deadline for name changes is 2 September 2018.


Insurance
The symposium is not responsible for any bodily harm or loss of property that may occur at the site of the symposium. Attendees should consider the purchase of a travelers medical coverage policy.

The symposium is also not responsible for any cancellations of airline tickets. Attendees should consider trip cancellation insurance. These insurances can be purchased from private vendors.


Health Condition
Attendees agree that they are able to function on their own at the time of the symposium. The symposium teams cannot assume responsibility for caring for attendees or for assisting them in navigating in and around Sibiu.


Admittance
The organizing team reserves the right to deny admission to any applicant, in the case of non-observance of the Romanian legislation, the Symposium regulation and in case of deviation from a behavior appropriate to the event.


Lost Badges
A fixed price of 25.-Euro will be charged for the replacement of lost badges.
